I received the Hood insulation cover and found that it wasn't the exact fit. When I wrote back explaining the situation they immediately came forward to resolve the situation. By offering to give a full refund, or to exchange the product, or to do whatever else was necessary to resolve the situation to a satisfactory outcome. I must say , the customer service was outstanding. Because of that I will most definitely do business with this company again.
Have not put in yet , but are correct ones, good communication with seller. Shipping part is no fault of seller! USPS slow on there end, just took few extra days to get. Other then that very satisfied with seller and product! Just make sure when you buy from anyone, look at pictures and ask questions. I did and they responded quickly with correct answer and they shipped out fast. Thank you
