An excellent experience throughout, with "multi-buy" combined postage also being available. The seller offered me a discounted price for the "clickspring", which led to my decision to buy it, with the package being dispatched soon afterwards & thus it arrived promptly as a result. Upon taking delivery, I found that the item was supplied within a padded mailing bag & that it should be a suitable replacement for the broken one in my clock, hence I'm highly satisfied with my purchase as a result.
It arrived packed in many layers of protective bubble wrap, which were obviously required as the label on the bottle described the product as hazardous if not handled correctly. I think there ought to be a statement on the eBay advert to advise buyers of this so that they are fully aware of what they are receiving. However, warnings are included on the bottle label, but in fairly small font, which might pose problems for anyone with poor vision. I have yet to test the product.
