I live on the second floor and have severe mobility health issues meaning I struggle to get up and down stairs and find it almost impossible to pick packages up off the floor where they are left at the entrance to the building, and carry heavy packages up stairs. This is a shame as when we had a dedicated postie he was willing to help by delivering to the door.
