This is the best seller. The item took 25 days to be delivered and the seller stayed in communication with me the whole time. Shipping was not the fault of seller. It went to many different and wrong facilities before it finally made it to me. Was supposed to arrive by Aug. 14 and delivered on Sept 2nd. This seller refunded my money and when it finally got to me, I asked what I should do with it, she told me to keep the mattress pad for free since I had waited so long. USPS MESSED UP BADLY.
What a FANTASTIC experience - thank you so VERY much! I attempted to order this box set multiple times from Amazon and another eBay seller. Three times the collector box and/or books showed up damaged due to poor packaging. Not the case with this seller! Sooo well packed and thus box set is in perfect condition on arrival. Wonderful service in other ways as well, prompt shipping, good communication and item is as advertised! Thanks again!! Take note other sellers.
