Product was decent price. Quality of materials was acceptable. The flap with the handle portion is reinforced and heavier, so it hangs down almost vertically. I made a reinforcement to fix it, but it should not fit this way. Fitment to my car was acceptable, a bit loose but it does align and does not rattle. Packaging was good. Shipper is DHL, so timely and accurate delivery is what you would expect from them (read their reviews online).
I had a mishap in shipping with logistics but they were able to sort out what happened and fixed it asap. Instructions can improve for installation. YouTube video marked to install said it doesn’t exists anymore. I was able to search the parts provided and install in about 2 half hours.
Good quality. Looks great on my 2025 ford explorer st. Took about 2 hours to install. Easy to do. Shipping was fast also. Good price.
