I will give it as a B . For the ff reason The item was not described correctly the needle is gettings stock i need to tap it to return to its originala position and packaging is not secured. The two glass was out placed/ break off i need to open it and put it back together. Package label shld have fragile sign so the handler can atleast carefull when moving it around for delivery.
