They shipped the part as described, though (to no fault of their own) the part wasn't compatible. I found out later that this part has multiple fittings for the same part number, and that it has to be visually inspected (taken out first) to ensure its fit. Even though this wasn't the seller's fault, they issued me a full refund and told me not to send the part back. They were very easy to work with, and I will shop with them again!
Purchased 2 o2 sensors for bank 1 and bank 2. Bank 2 was a perfect fit and bank 1 was wrong item. I reached out to them as they made the mistake and they did not hesitate to refund half of the purchase. I would shop with them all the time for my parts. Thanks
