I never received the Fresh Step Extreme Scented Litter with the Power of Febreze Clumping Cat Litter, 38 lbs. I was given a refund by the seller. The seller didn't want me to have to wait so they chose to issue me a refund and sorry for the inconvenience and said that they will give me a 5% discount on my next purchase. Very polite and respectful seller. FedEx didn't deliver the Cat Litter to my home. I don't know where it went. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx.
Quality is good. The only negative thing is that the pkg was left at the front door of my business which has been closed due to the tornado that came through the area. No power. Anyone could have picked the package up.
