We ordered an Oven Ignitor . The price was very good, the shipping was great, packed well, arrived very quickly. Unfortunately this very fragile item had a crack that was barely visible rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller who got back to us immediately. He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you
