was suppose to be new, used product sent, wires twisted, power pack not in plastic package, lose nuts and bolts, damage packaging, box had old packing slip on it, box showed damaged by send because it was under plastic wrap. beware of this seller, do not buy! terrible condition of this product, showed signs of being installed before! see pics
It is exactly what I ordered. I communicated with the seller prior to buying the item and he immediately responded. They were packaged great where they would not break. The light had foam packing material and plastic wrap on the lights. I would recommend this seller to others. I will buy from him again.
Responsive Seller. Was missing parts, and he offered to ship them from China--but there were too many parts to determine all the parts that were missing. Seller issued refund instead of trying to get parts. Communicated every day during resolution of issue.
