  1. Shipping was delayed a little because of snow but didn’t take that long to arrive. The packing was great. The hat arrived like new through usps in my mailbox. The hat was just as described. I did have to make some minor sewing adjustments to make it fit my dog better by making the opening for the face a little smaller so that the hood didn’t fall forward and cover her eyes. I think it was fairly priced and is the only hat that actually stays on my chihuahua. It keeps her ears and head warm.
