These radios are new old stock and still have the original plastic on the screen. I am listing them as used, but they have never been put in service. These radios are mint condition. These were taken in from a fire department that upgraded to a different radio system. We have gathered as much information as possible on these units from the agency and it is listed below. Harris P5400 VHF 136-174mhz Firmware R16D07 Last programmed with RPM Software P25 Conventional P25 Digital 9600 baud trunking I was told that these have the DES module/firmware installed in them, but they have not been optioned for DES encryption. The option is $0.01 from Harris and is still supported, all you need to do is call them to have it activated.
