I would have liked the item to be shipped a little bit sooner, but I did receive the item within the expected window (the last day, but still). I ran the clean cycle on the machine and ran a descale cycle a few times and everything seems to be clean and working as it should. The machine was packaged well and the item is as described. Overall, I'm satisfied.
Item was as described. Currently functioning well after 1 day of use. Packaging was okay, not the best, lots of space within the box for item to be moving around but somewhat sufficient, could've done better. Shipping was fine.
