Rugs should be regularly brushed or hovered with a suction-only appliance to prevent the build-up of damaging dust and grit. 3. Rugs should also be turned occasionally to prevent wear and tear. Hovering the back of the rug every now and again will keep dust-free. 4. Use casters under heavy furniture and sharp pointed feet. 5. Excessive direct sunlight can cause fading. Rotate and reverse to gain a subtle even fade. Washing Spot clean with gentle soap. Do not wash in a washing machine. If a deeper clean is desired, simply hose, scrub and hang to dry. If the fringes are a little dirty, they can be cleaned without the entire rug being washed. However, to renew the appearance of your rug, we recommend using a professional cleaning service.

However, the seller was very communicative after the item shipped, and the rug arrived extremely quickly after the shipping date…well within the deadline. Even with the $150 import fee on the $550 rug, this was still an outstanding deal. The same rug would’ve cost me $1,600 in the USA. The rug is beautiful, and I love it! The color is very close to the existing rug that I was trying to match.

  2. We are delighted with this beautiful rug, it is gorgeous, such great quality. The colour is true to the photo and is a lovely kind of moss green. It was very interesting tracking its journey all the way from Uttar Pradesh, which we didn't realise is known as rug town or city. I was worried about the packaging not holding up, but it was triple wrapped and sent via Fed Ex and arrived in perfect condition, other than a couple of rumples, which is to be expected. Well done and thank you!

It's well made, heavy, soft, exactly as pictured, arrived incredibly well packaged and unbelievably quickly, great comms from the seller when I had a couple of panics, and I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I got a huge kick watching the FedEx progress from Bhadohi, and I didn't have to pay extra duties when it got to the UK. Amazing 👍🏻
