Unfortunately this brooch seems to have been lost in transit but absolutely nothing to do with the seller, who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive about this, when contacted responded immediately and kept updated about all tracking information, and I was also fully refunded immediately, the seller professional and sympathetic about loss of item, very helpful service and I would definitely recommend this seller, I will definitely buy again from this seller, very pleased with service.

Arrived as described by the seller in good condition due to very careful packaging. Good value for price paid and postage was fair enough for the amount of packaging. This item was packaged well, as described and good value. My only concern was it took over a week to be posted. A message to say it was on its way soon, would have allayed my fears and made me aware of any problems on the eBayer side. Other than that I’m happy.
