Description
This fantastic picture is inspired by Brian Froud's illustration from the book Faeries, but it is by no means a copy of it! I made the picture with my stamp and personal style highlighted and added new details. It is an oil on canvas measuring 100cm x 70 x 2 cm (39,37 x 27,56 x 0,79 inch) . The painting was done with a lot of skill in the technique of azure oil layers in combination with fuller layers and other painting effects. I worked on the painting for two whole years and I am very proud of it. It carries the theme of fairies and elves, which has always attracted me and is still an inspiration to this day. Please note that the painting is protected with a finishing varnish. So it is an original artistic painting that is completely unique.
