The shipping was great. It was packed very securely and arrived sooner than expected. The chiller worked good but ended up being to small for my hydroponics system. With the pump and the lights I needed something bigger. Their customer service was fantastic. They responded within hours with some good ideas to try but I had already ordered a larger unit. They emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label the next day. My credit card was refunded the full amount including shipping. Very happy.
After arrival due date the item had not arrived so I contacted the seller and it had apparently been lost so they sent another which arrived fairly quickly. The item was in good condition but the packaging was very poor for such a heavy steel item (only a cardboard box) but I am very happy with the purchase.
Good quality item, shipping was quick. Had small issue with part but seller was quick to reply and helped out very well. Great customer service. Would buy from them again!
