Well packaged and quickly shipped. I received the item today, and it is exactly as described. I spotted the item ages ago on a department store site and missed buying before it sold out. I was very surprised at how well made it is - it's mostly metal! And the seller was very reasonable about the price, so I am very happy with this purchase. The seller did a great job showcasing this matte lip cream, and she represented that it was a new item in box and indeed it was. She packaged the product very professionally and shipped with no damage. It also arrived completely on time. It is rare for me to buy lip color online, but took a leap and it is great, so happy I purchased. And the value was amazing, Kilian products can be crazy expensive, this was worth every penny.
