Bulletproof packing... computer showed up and had some issues out of the box. I was ready to ship it back. A little messaging back and forth and a customer service guy face timed me. It took a little effort and time but it works good now after walking me through a total revamp. I wasnt planning on all that. Im over it now. Bottom line, was packed very well and their customer service was very good despite the unexpected issues. They made the best of things.
