Bag is beautiful and in new condition as described. The only problem is packaging, though I don’t think that’s on the vendor. That is probably on EBay’s authentication dept, as my package arrived damaged, half opened, and the gift box inside ripped. The bag was not damaged though. So, good vendor, not so good packaging by EBay
