The seller was up front and honest about the product not working, despite it being labeled as broken he still packed it with as much care as he would a high end working item to make sure it got to me as undamaged as possible. He even let me know when it was supposed to arrive though it did come a day early. Shipping was fast! It came just as described and after switching out the non working part for one I had on hand the item powered right up! The item was worth it's value plus more for sure!
I just received the Shark Detect stick vacuum. I haven’t had a chance to use it, so I can’t review the product or if it works. I need to charge it and see if everything works as described. I will trust this seller as they are a top EBay seller, and I know that if there is an issue I can contact them directly. Your packaging was fine, although you should know that UPS handles packages with their feet more than their hands. So, part of the box was crushed on one side, and split open.
