If you purchase this by accident because you didn't read that the dvd portion isn't working and send it back I am deducting out the initial ship cost to send it to you AND the ship cost that I was charged to have it sent back, fyi. A serialized tamper seal may be placed over the rear seam/screw to indicate if this item is returned opened/parted/swapped...which would negate a refund. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
