Ordered new in the box unit, and after a week of “the carrier lost your package “, it did finally arrive. Double boxed. Inner box contained an opened and USED unit that had been returned to a private party sender, who opened it, taped it shut, put it in the outer box and sent it to me. The unit functions, and is missing one minor accessory piece. Seller did issue a $20 refund, since I chose to keep the unit and finish my work on schedule , rather than return it for an exchange or a full refund.
