The seller realized that inadvertently the item was mislabeled in the advertisement as the #C14 when it was actually the #L14 part and notified me to verify that I still wanted it. My machine doesn’t use the #L14 so I had to ask for a refund in the event they didn’t have the correct item in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t, so they issued me a refund and all is good. I would definitely recommend this seller they were quite pleasant to do business with. Thank you again for being so helpful!
