The item I received does not look a thing that I was purchasing. There’s no little side pouches on the outside of the bag. And there’s only one set of straps. There is no straps for the rear of the bag to go around the forks. Can you fix this issue and send me what you were advertising. You did one of those switcheroo or you sent me something totally different than what I was expecting from your photo.
