This is a top notch eBay seller, I ordered the wrong thing, my granddaughter at 5 was all in to opening everything. Before I knew what she was doing she’d taken the spool I’d set aside and removed the shirk wrapped plastic from around the spool. I contacted seller not expecting them to accept the item back. They accepted the return of on their dime and refunded my money the day before they receiveds the returned item according to my tracking. The kind I of seller that restores my faith in people
