I was not overjoyed with the bag as I thought I would be. No fault of the seller. It looked like the picture and is quite lovely. There was an issue with the hardware being all sticky and I did not care at all for the plasticy liner. The seller was helpful and kind and worked with me on an acceptable outcome. I should have checked the listing more thoroughly and if the liner was not mentioned I should have asked about it before my purchase.
