Quality work, condition and appearance of radio is like new, and was at a reasonable value. The only disappointment was the long shipping times. It took 5 days for the USPS to deliver the prepaid shipping container, two days for FedEx to return it to the vendor and then 5 days to get back to me. Good service, would use again, but shipping times and communication could be better, i.e. we've repaired your radio and shipping label has been created, instead of shipping label created would be SUPER.
I had selected an item that I thought would work on a 2013 Buick Enclave to replace LCD screen / AM/FM control system. I contacted seller w vehicle VIN; replied quickly that they could order and get in another model that would work. I was happy to pay the extra for the added knowledge that it would be more likely to work in my vehicle. UNIT WORKS! PACKAGED WELL! It is from a Chevy Traverse (not Buick) but similar. If I need similar parts in the future I will turn to this seller first.
