Shipping and handling was quite slow, understandable if there was communication, however the seller never even responded to my question on the hanging of the wall key hanger as it appears a piece or part was missing from my order that shows on his photos. Still I never received a response and had to resort to modifying it on my own to make it accept a nail and hang on the wall without falling off… this was frustrating after spending $40… cool item but room for improvement

  2. It’s okay, maybe not the greatest value but cheaper than me buying a 3D printer and trying to figure it out myself. Packing was underwhelming, lucky it was not smashed and damaged in shipment (arrived in fine condition). It’s a gift, I hope it’s well received.
