Item listed as fast shipping. Only a label was created the day after I purchased, the item didn't actually arrive to the carrier for 6 days, did not get a response to message about shipping. Product arrived not overpacked, only in a plastic bag, several boxes were damaged, but the filters themselves made it intact. Would buy from again but would communicate with seller before purchase.
Good filter, reasonable price and shipped immediately. Ran into a question about one of the filters I ordered that had an arrow on the side, but no explanation if it was to indicate direction of air flow or position of filter for installation. I sent a question to the seller, and received a reply in short order, resolving the question. 100% and Thank you.
Shipped fast, well packaged, so I give the seller 5 stars. I didn't like the actual item because the lock was very difficult to operate, and I eventually got tired of fighting with it and replaced it. But I'm not knocking the seller at all, just the manufacturer. The seller is great and I have no reservations about doing business with them again.
