The items were well packed, exactly what we ordered and we did receive them in a timely manner. One problem, which was not your fault, The UPS Delivery guy delivered one package to our doorstep but left the package on one of our friends doorsteps on a different street, both items had the same address so go figure. Anyway, the person who received the package simply b brought it to us,
