Ordered item and received within 3-4 days, seller notified me the day it was supposed to arrive, it arrived damaged. After I reached out, they agreed to send me the damaged wiring, and I agreed to install wiring. Unfortunately wiring was damaged again in shipping I assume no fault of the seller as much as the shipper. At the end they agreed to compensate for a wiring repair. Item was installed, worked great. All threads were clean and straight. Very impressed for the price to quality.
