It would not be fair for me to leave a negative comment because the item was shipped quickly, and it looks to be exactly as advertised. My issue is that I ordered this because I was told my alternator was bad, but it turned out to be another electrical situation.. When I asked to return it, I was not able to, and if I understand correctly, they offered to take it back and give me a $12 refund… No returns if you bought it by mistake and even returned it in the same box…
Like the price but you need to fix the issues with the carriers communication and tracking also a real time tracking on ebay which caused a lot of stress on me knowing that from the state you shiped my purchase to my destination is 3 days and I need my vehicle for work it came one date late and I will work on my truck until dark so I can use my truck tomorrow and work
