I did have a problem with one battery the charger indicated the battery was faulty so I contacted the company and they responded very quickly to my email and we had a very pleasant conversation and they were more than willing to help me resolve the problem. they would send me out a new battery at no charge free shipping and I received it today. I ordered two new PBP003 batteries and they were delivered sooner than expected. Unfortunately, one of the two batteries would not charge in my Ryobi charger but the other battery works great.
