I ordered item the 7th of December as a Christmas present. Here it is the day after Christmas and it just showed up. I notified them when the tracking stopped Dec 10. Your shipping is horrible. The wrapping isn’t much better. So tight the item can be damaged just to get it opened. Your company is now on my Grinch list
