So, I ordered a Trangia frying pan in new/unused condition. I received my frying pan very quickly. It arrived in Amazon packaging. I opened the package and discovered that the pan had been scratched, dented , was dirty, appeared to have been used and not washed. I sent seller a message including pictures describing it's condition. Seller was very apologetic, and fully refunded my purchase, with no request to ship the damaged pan back.
Great seller. I was very skeptical of the seller because the tracking company and number provided. The company was an unknown company and the updates were vague and did not specify exact location of the product I ordered. I contacted the seller to cancel the order because the entire transaction seemed off. The seller ensured timely delivery and the product was delivered as promised. I apologize for being suspicious.
