After not receiving the item over a month since it was sent, the seller kindly issued a refund. Kudos to them. EBay's international delivery system is broken in the USA. EBay's response to "where is my package?" was pathetic. I would strongly advise sellers NOT to use it. Give customers the option of USPS, FedEx or similar if they are outside the USA, as EBay's contractor is useless.
