The interaction leading to the purchase was positive & it was shipped quickly. The item was packaged well inside the box, but the box was gaping open as 1 strip of tape secured the flaps. The bag was labeled as “new w tags”, but as I was “moving in” I found 3 small stains. The stain on the strap washed out the 2 on the bag did not. The photos were stock & not of the actual bag being sold. I should have asked for photos. I paid less than the sellers asking price which I think was a fair value.
