  1. The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

It didn't come in packaged with the utmost concern, but just enough to ensure it arrives without being severely damaged. My purchase didn't have the fastest shipping, but came in at a reasonable time (not the earliest or latest). No frills or thrills from the seller, but a good deal in general (which definitely surprised me).

  3. I received a new unopened, factory sealed package containing Jabra elite 85t earbuds. Unfortunately, the right earbud was defective. This was no fault of the seller as the package was factory sealed. The seller immediately authorized a return and issued a refund. Although the item was defective, the seller was great and quickly resolved the issue! I will buy from this seller again
