Seller did NOT ship me the item as advertised(see pics)...DOES NOT have rhinestones on cap; it has paper sequins stickers on the orange cap. Although I love the item & wish to keep it; it was NOT worth the price paid, so I requested a partial refund from Seller & to keep the item since I have NO printer or NO way to do a return label, plus I am disabled & w/o transportation. Seller is rude & uncooperative, & doesn't provide proper C/S, only wants return with NO consideration for my concerns!
