The item itself was in the condition stated, which was very reasonable value for the price. However it was missing the CD meant to come with it, so I contacted the seller. They got back to me quickly apologising profusely, issuing me a refund and telling me to keep the book or pass it on. They said they had looked to see if they had another of these items in stock but did not, and again apologised. Despite the order not being as expected, 10/10 for excellent customer service! Thank you!
Unfortunately this item arrived and the quality was not as described. The condition of the book was slightly damaged and had writing in it. I contacted the seller in order to return it and they were very apologetic and stated this is unusual as they normally only send out books in a better condition. They offered a full refund and did not require the book back asking me to donate it. This was a very satisfactory resolution. Thank you and it would not put me off buying from them again.
