FX Racing Xtreme clutches only consist of the very best materials available. The pressure plate is made from the forged ductile iron (3X stronger than the conventional cast iron pressure plate) to ensure consistent clamping force and the extra long life. The 6-Puck sprung race discs have a high capacity heat treated sprung center hub for a precise and smooth clutch engagement. The 6-puck copper ceramic (also known as 'MIBA') disc features high-coefficient friction pads that are resistant to slippage and burst. This complete clutch kit includes: FX Racing Xtreme 1900 lbs HD Pressure Plate FX Racing 6-puck Sprung Copper Ceramic Disc (228 mm, 28 spline) Release Bearing Alignment Tool Installation Guide Horsepower Rating: 390 HP / Torque Capacity: 375 ft/lbs FX Racing Lightweight Chromoly Flywheels are made from 4140 one-piece forged chromoly steel. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel which has the possibility of separating from the flywheel. All FX Racing Chromoly flywheels have passed engineering tests to 12,000 rpm.
