I recieved a VERY QUICK refund. So, overall I'm not giving a bad rating. Even Good seller's have things happen. The bracelet arrived late and damaged but they responded and refunded me in under 24hrs. It was the clasp that was broken the rest of the bracelet was Stunning and it was late because of the mail service. They sent it ontime and gave tracking.
