  1. It's a very nice piece but the packaging was too big and the necklace got thrown around in the box. For future shipping the seller should use tighter packaging and secure the jewelry box better so it doesn't open up during transit. Also, if the seller was traveling they should put a vacation notice on their listings. I don't recall seeing one. Item was shipped a week later than expected. Thank you.
