A skin kneading and rolling method is adopted to peel off peanut skins. Multiple peeling machines can be combined to be used, and the machine is suitable for peeling peanut skins of various specifications of peanuts. Note: 1.The machine does not come with a plug, and customers can directly connect it to the main power switch for more stable voltage. 2.It is normal for peanuts to split into two pieces after peeling, and it is not considered damaged. Precautions: 1.Place the machine stably and firmly, keep it horizontal and then connect the ground wire to the machine to prevent electric shock and injury. 2.Tie a cloth bag (or other device that leaks air but does not leak peanut kernels) on the air outlet of the skin suction fan. 3.Connect the power supply and ensure that the main machine and the fan rotate in the forward direction according to the equipment arrow direction (when the operator stands in the direction of the discharge port, the roller rotates clockwise). 4.Before starting the machine, check whether the power circuit and voltage are normal or not, whether all parts of the equipment are loose or not, and whether the test running is normal or not. 5. Start the button switch. 6. Pour materials into the machine. 7.Adjust the two red knobs at the front end to adjust the discharging speed. When the knobs are adjusted clockwise, the discharging speed is low, the peeling rate is high, and the damage rate is high. When the knobs are adjusted counterclockwise, the discharging speed is high, the peeling rate is low, and the damage rate is low. Adjust the knobs to a suitable height. (The machine is usually set to be in the fastest discharge state at the beginning of use.) 8. After the work is finished every day, use a bristle brush to remove residues from the peeling roller and clean the mixed skins in the skin storage clothes bag away. 9. Clean the peeling machine roller once per shift, and regularly inject oil into the oil nozzle in the equipment bearing to prolong the service life of the bearing. 10. The belt will loosen after being used for a period of time. Please loosen the nut of the belt tensioning wheel and adjust the belt tensioning wheel downwards to tighten the belt. If the belt is severely worn, please replace it. 11. After the machine is used for a period of time, peanut skins and a small amount of peanut debris may exist in the skin suction fan and adhere to the blades or the fan volute of the suction fan, and excessive adhesion can affect the skin suction effect and the service life of the fan. The adhesive materials are regularly cleaned away every week.
