Why can't I connect the camera to Alexa? Open the EZVIZ app and go to "Device Settings - Image Encryption", then disable "Image Encryption". Because Alexa cannot read an encrypted video stream. Do I need to subscribe to the cloud service? No. Cloud storage is optional. You can also use local storage (MicroSD card slot, maximum 256 GB) and view the recording through EZVIZ App. Can I watch the videos in real time without SD card or EZVIZ CloudPlay?
