After a bit of indifference with the seller on my attempting to get a full refund for this part that I never opened. I had received another part and installed it and there mower started so I asked for a return shipping label but they told me to keep the part and they would offer me a 50% refund. I continued to negotiate with them and they finally agreed to an amount that I believe is fair.
