item is pre owned and used and has been tested and it does work. the item is old and so it does have scuffs and scratches on it but it works great! it comes with the original box and the manual. see pictures for more details on the item and what you will be getting. The candle rings are beautiful - exactly as described. The price was great. I purchased another set from the shopping channels, for MUCH more $$, and they didn't even include the candles. I wish I had found these first! Well packaged and arrived quickly. Very pleased with purchase.
