The charm arrived a bit damaged but I didn't have the time to contact them about it. I messaged them 10 days later but they immediately issued a refund for me within 24 hours and I didn't need to return the item. I would definitely feel safe ordering from them again
Lovely necklace. Perfect present ❤️. Great seller highly recommend. However Evri took over a week to deliver (10 days in total), which is not detrimental to the seller.
