The price was right with free shipping. Upon opening I found this box had been opened at some time (possible return?). The cushions were still vacuum sealed but the covers were out of the plastic wrap. The seat cover had a large rip at the seam. I contacted the seller and they offered to let me return or partial refund for repair. I took the refund, it’s been repaired, and it looks great. Even though it wasn’t exactly as described I’m giving 5 stars. The seller promptly made it right!!
Item arrived without incident, was packed against potential damage, is exactly as the seller's posting described and detailed, and both the purchase price and shipping were very fair.
